CHALLENGE

The pressure of high-profile events with industry leaders in the room, across 4 cities. The programme included daytime conferences for up to 600 delegates and evening awards ceremonies for up to
1.000 guests.

Each venue required different operational planning, supplier coordination, timelines and production requirements. Every element needed to run smoothly, every time.‍

  • On-screen content design for the awards ceremony.
  • Pre-event online registration and onsite arrival (lanyards, welcome gifts).
